Time Table
Preparing a timetable is time consuming for even
experienced teachers. SMART is designed to generate timetable with minimum
efforts with maximum accuracy. System
will validate requirement vs. availability of teachers by class, by subject and
if there is any variation, warnings will be issued for adjustments.

Academy Administration
This module maintains Students
and School data. The Student explorer
tree-view facilitates to view all details of a student from one location. The School explorer tree-view is a tool to
view all details of a school year. Students
marks maintenance and progress card generation are key features of this
module.

Fees Management
Fees Management module facilitate to define various heads
of fees for each class with different payment modes with due dates. The fee collection program will manage to
split the fees into different heads of accounts for the respective class.

more than one student come from the same family (Sibling Accounts).
- Provision to interface fees details (By Head
of accounts) to finance.

Transportation Management
This module contains all key
elements to manage the transportation system for any school. Provision to define a route and attach
vehicles and students to the route are provided. This can be viewed in a tree structure. This route definition is directly linked to the student details.
While defining a route, rates
are also defined for each point. System
can calculate the bus fee for each student utilizing the school transportation
system and add to the fee structure for that particular student.
Vehicle running log and
maintenance process will track all maintenance and running expenses for each
vehicle. These expenses are interfaced
to finance.

for procurement, asset management, store issue/receipt and inventory management

system with books Category and types with inventory details. Issue and return transactions with late fee,
if any, will be recorded. If any book
is not available, advance reservation can be done for books.

Integration
The various SMART modules
are all integrated into a single, seamless windows user interface. All the
information you need is available, instantly, with a few clicks of your mouse.
SMART is designed with a capability
to support multiple Databases depending on the user requirement. For example SMART can
connect to an Oracle Database in one installation where as in another
installation it can be connected to Access without any program modification.
SMART is designed with the vision of
integration to Web Application. For
Example we can provide a student performance information in web which
facilitate parents to monitor their children’s performance.
Security
To make sure each employee has access to only that information for
which they are authorized, SMART incorporates
a flexible security structure that allows to fine-tune system access with great
precision using custom-defined Security Profiles. For example, you can allow
teachers to simply enter grades and attendance for the classes, while still
allowing the Head Master/Principal to access all academic and disciplinary
records.
